Relationship

It's difficult to find someone who genuinely cares for their audience. Allen believes in sharing his life, success and knowledge in order to help develop individuals to perform at higher levels.  

Allen believes that there are people out there who need to be heard. Through his events he has provided a space for entrepreneurs, who desire to be full time speakers, and gladly promotes their businesses.  

Allen believes in empowering the youth to be authentic leaders and to live a life of purpose and resiliency. He is transparent about his journey as a student is able to relate with each student.

Allen appeals to a diverse community and is able to relate with everyone on common human standards. Most attend several events a year to continue building relationships with others who attend Allen's events. 

One of Allen's favorite topics is networking.  While attending the Warrior Scholar Project at the University of Notre Dame, Allen connected with some of the top professors at the university. Those pictured in this photo have expertise in military operations, cancer research, Engineering and the Humanities. 

When you invite Allen as your speaker, you will leave inspired and you will leave with a smile on your face. Allen believes that it is important that his attendees feel connected with each other and that their experience is one to remember.
